Moments Captured with Your Family in Mind
The formal ceremony is the heart of the day, but it isn’t the only part you may want to remember. Depending on the schedule and the command’s photography guidelines, I can photograph:
The ceremony space and details before guests arrive
Family, friends, and service members gathering
The official party and formal portions of the program
The traditions and important guests you’ve identified
Congratulations and family moments after the ceremony
Group or family portraits, when there’s time and at a suitable place
“Thank you so much for letting us put our phones down for such an important moment in my husband's career!”

-
Yes. A service member or family member can reach out to me. We’ll confirm the ceremony details, who the event point of contact is, and what access and photography arrangements are required.
-
Yes. I photograph any and all branches, including the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard; ceremonies; and family milestones in the San Diego area. When you inquire, share the branch, venue, and ceremony details so I can plan for your event.
-
Great! Just let me know when you inquire! Some events include both a change of command and a retirement, or even a pinning ceremony when making rank. Your command or protocol officer can confirm the program and timing, and I’ll plan the photography around the approved schedule. There is no additional cost.
-
As soon as you can! Reach out as soon as you have an expected date and venue. If some details are still tentative, send what you know and let me know what may change. I'll make every effort to stay on call for any changes.
-
Absolutely! If the schedule and venue allow time, I can photograph family or group portraits as part of your coverage. Tell me which groupings are important to you so we can plan for them!
-
Thankfully, as a disabled veteran, I still hold base access. Some access requirements and photography permissions may still require me to be on an access list ahead of time, and I am more than willing to send DODID # and copy of my state ID.

You will receive SAME DAY sneak peeks (within 24 hours) so you can share on social media. your entire event gallery will be ready within 14 days and other add-ons may currently have other processing times so check your contract.
